In this episode, I share my experiences from a recent trip to Phoenix for a group coaching program with James Wedmore. I also share the stress of the run up to going - dealing with a lost cat, arranging for its care, and my Mum’s hospitalisation. Despite this, I managed to attend and enjoy the event, learning once again how important connection is, with myself and others. This is the main topic today - how social interactions reduced and changed during the pandemic and how much we need personal connections.
