Let’s be real. It feels like a tumultuous time to be alive. This has actually been happening for years! We’ve been through a lot collectively on this earth in the last many years together. So today I’m going to share the most effective all-encompassing tool I know for transformation, dealing with stress, finding solutions, and just all around making your life feel better— good and joyous— no matter the circumstances. It turns out you don’t have to change a lot about your life to start experiencing it in a more buoyant, peaceful, calm way— the job begins on the inside. That’s also great news because it does make peace and equanimity totally accessible! You don’t have to wait for others to change. If you are new to meditation, I hope this episode will walk you straight into the practice with ease.
