Make it a habit to listen to!
I'm not keen on the narration but, the content is extremely good, and well ordered. Through various podcasts I'd learned a lot of these things, but when put together here, they resonated more strongly.

Actually and immediately life-changing
By far the best and most actionable text on habits I've personally ever come across. Everything is clear, logical, and you can begin applying the ideas even as you're reading it. I've already listened twice and bought the Kindle version as well. Highly recommended.
